PRODUCTION & QUALITY
FROM APPROVAL TO PACKED ORDER
APPROVAL SETS THE PRODUCTION STANDARD.
Once a sample is approved, the job changes: from developing the product to protecting the approved standard through production, finishing, quality control and packing.

01 / Materials & Components
THE PARTS BECOME
THE PRODUCT.
Materials and components are checked against the approved reference and agreed construction.
BASE MATERIALS
Brass · Zinc alloy · Steel · Stainless steel
CHAINS & DECORATION
Chain · Stone · Pearl · Bead
FINDINGS & CONNECTIONS
Clasps · Jump rings · Posts · Extenders
The selected material and component specification depends on the product. Commodity reference prices do not determine a finished supplier price.

02 / Production
MAKE THE CONSTRUCTION
WORK IN BULK.
Casting, chain and component assembly, soldering, stone setting and hand assembly each require a suitable production route.
We make directly where it fits the product and work with specialist production partners where their process is stronger.
The approved sample and specification remain the reference for materials, construction, finish and function.
03 / Plating & Finishing
PLATING IS NOT
JUST COLOR.
Surface preparation, plating process, color consistency and finishing all affect the final result.

INSPECTION
Selected real process footage, not a chemical recipe or proof that every order follows an identical route. The finishing specification is agreed for each product.
04 / Early Production
THE FIRST HOURS MATTER.
Problems found early can still be corrected. A problem first found at final inspection may already be repeated across an order.
- 01
APPROVED SAMPLE
Sets the reference.
- 02
FIRST PRODUCTION
Uses actual production materials.
- 03
CHECK
Color, construction, components, size, plating and appearance.
- 04
CORRECT EARLY
Act while correction is practical.
05 / Inline Quality Control
CHECK WHILE THERE IS
STILL TIME TO CORRECT.

06 / Final QC
CONFIRM THE ORDER AGAINST
THE APPROVED STANDARD.
Final inspection confirms that the finished order still meets the agreed standard. It should not be the first time quality is checked.
Appearance · Construction · Size · Function · Quantity & assortment · Packing readiness
Inspection points, testing requirements and acceptance criteria depend on the product, buyer specification and target market.
APPROVAL SETS THE PRODUCTION STANDARD.

07 / Packing
PACKING IS PART
OF QUALITY.
A product can leave production correctly and still arrive damaged, tangled or poorly presented if packing is wrong.
Carding · Chain securing · Post protection · Surface protection · Anti-tangle handling · Fragile-item protection · Transit protection · Final presentation
Confirm packaging, labels, quantities and destination details, then coordinate the agreed shipment handover.
