My Edit and project enquiries
My Edit stays in this browser’s local storage. It is not synchronised or sent to SNP when you save. The project form prepares an email draft; it does not store or upload your brief. Information reaches SNP only when you send the email.
New Sample Alert
With your consent, we store your email, optional company, category interests, signup time and consent wording/version in our hosted database. Access is restricted to SNP’s authorised administrator. Selected recipients are exported for manual company-email updates. We do not sell the list. Reply to an update or email Sprite to unsubscribe; future exports exclude unsubscribed entries. We retain active subscriptions until you withdraw or they are no longer needed, and review the list at least annually.
Essential choices and optional analytics
My Edit stores only your requested selections in this browser. Privacy preferences use first-party local storage and a first-party preference cookie, which provides a fallback if local storage is unavailable. These are not advertising trackers. Your analytics choice lasts for six months unless you change it, clear storage or a material privacy change requires a fresh choice. Private browsing may forget it.
Optional analytics is off until you allow it. Declining does not restrict products, knowledge, My Edit, enquiries or subscriptions. Consented first-party events include clean page paths, approved campaign labels, country-level location from hosting, question/category IDs, coarse search themes and visible engagement-time/scroll measures. We never record your search text, email, company, message, target FOB or brief in analytics. URLs with form or enquiry data are not recorded.
A random session identifier groups consented events within a browser tab. A new identifier is created on the next event if more than 30 minutes have passed since the last analytics event. Session and approved campaign labels use browser session storage; campaign labels do not have a separate 30-minute timeout. Closing the tab normally ends this storage, although browsers may restore it when restoring a tab. The identifier is not a cross-visit fingerprint or an identity. Detailed reporting uses a rolling 30-day window. Older detailed events are deleted in batches when new analytics requests arrive; deletion may occur later if there is no traffic. Owner-classified session records may be preserved separately for internal audit and debugging and are exempt from this automatic deletion. Aggregated event counts are stored separately and are not subject to the detailed-event deletion window. Anonymous journeys do not identify people or companies. Event counts and observed sessions are labelled separately; we do not claim unique people or reliably measure returning visitors.
GA4 and Microsoft Clarity stay inactive when their project IDs are absent. If configured, they load only after analytics consent. Advertising signals and personalisation are disabled. Input controls are marked for masking. The current implementation does not start Clarity recording on pages with forms, search or other input controls, or on URLs containing query parameters. Those providers may use their own cookies and process information internationally. Google privacy · Microsoft privacy.
Changing to Decline stops new analytics and removes our session/campaign storage. Declining does not delete previously recorded events; the reporting and deletion rules above still apply. Contact SNP for questions or applicable privacy requests. Hosting may process technical information for operation and security independently of optional analytics.
Hosting and international processing
Our hosting providers process technical requests needed for operation and security. Hosted storage, analytics providers if enabled, and company email may process information internationally. Contact SNP about your information or applicable privacy rights. We do not request sensitive personal information through this showroom.
Product imagery and guidance
Actual samples, digitally re-presented views, design directions and market/sourcing references keep their existing labels. A sourcing find is not proof of SNP manufacture or shipment. Articles are general guidance, not a substitute for agreed specifications, inspections or market requirements.
